09:45h. A guided walk along the new Sabucedo Interactive Trail. Setting off from the new sheepfold. Mushroom and chestnut picking during the walk. 10 km.

12:00h. Gathering at MUÍÑO DO MESTRE

Opening of the small market for artisanal food products and local produce.

12:05h. Oven lit and the start of the BREAD WORKSHOP

12:30h. 4th Children’s Competition ‘Getting to Know My Village’ with prizes for participants. Rules on the Rapa website.

13:00h. Tasting Session

LUNCH

“SIDRA DA ESTRADA: PURE ARTISANAL FOOD.” Served with mushrooms.

13:30h. Musical interlude by the group AIRIÑOS DE CALDELAS
